Aaron holds the rank of brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu earned through 7 plus years of study. He has a strong competition background which includes several MMA fights. He was awarded his brown belt in September 2012 by his longtime mentor Eric “Red” Schafer. Apart from his personal accolades, Aaron has spent years training hundreds of students from beginner level to professional MMA prospects including UFC contender Anthony Pettis.
As a competitor, Aaron achieved a 2-0 record as an MMA fighter with both wins via submission. He also holds 1st Place finishes at the Combat Corner Grappling Championship, Grappler’s Quest, NAGA, King Grappler, Midwest Submission Hunt, and C3 Grappling Championship.
Alex is the owner of Rosencutter Ultra Fitness & Performace (RUFP) in Milwaukee and the founder of alexrosencutter.com where he helps athletes and the average Joe perform at their highest and achieve the body they desire. He holds his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in both Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition from UW-Milwaukee. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, a Certified Sports Nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition, and a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for Red Schafer MMA and the Lake Country Phoenix.
As a competitive powerlifter in the 181Ib weight class Alex has totaled a 525Ib deadlift, 405Ib squat, and a 275Ib raw bench.
